Every art in this manual teaches relaxation inside its own techniques. This reference is the shared layer underneath all of them: how to find out which of the four tension leaks is yours, the breathing drills that close the biggest one, a working annex for each art drawn to match its own guides, and a six-week plan that installs the habits in order. It does not replace your art's pieces. It sends you into them with your leak already named.

☐ Breathing drills stop at dizziness. If a drill makes you lightheaded, sit down, breathe normally, and end the set. Slow exhales are the tool. Long breath holds are not part of any drill in this guide. ☐ This is training material, not medicine. Breathlessness out of proportion to effort, chest pain, or fainting in training are medical matters, not tension problems, and they end the session and start a conversation with a doctor. ☐ Panic and breathing difficulties are real conditions with real treatments. If they are part of your life, the drills here are ordinary class work you do with your instructor's knowledge, not a treatment plan. ☐ The numbers in the self-tests are coaching standards, the measures training rooms use to watch a student change. They are labeled as standards wherever they appear. They are not laboratory norms and they are not medical cutoffs.
