Part 1: How to Use This File
☐ The file is a binder with six sections: readiness (Parts 2 and 3), the first hour (Parts 4 to 10), the report (Parts 11 to 16), the following week (Parts 17 to 20), and the standing records (Parts 21 to 28) ☐ Forms are kept printed and blank in the binder. The night you need one is not the night to find a printer ☐ The report rule is printed inside the cover: any injury, however minor, is reported in writing the same evening ☐ The file is reviewed once a year on a scheduled date (Part 23), and after any serious incident, whichever comes first
