Part 1: How to Use This Plan

☐ The plan runs by cohort, not by rescue. Once a term, complete Part 2 for every student who turns 12 or 13 in the next twelve months ☐ Every named student gets one transition worksheet (Parts 4 to 8, copied per student) ☐ The bridge conversation (Part 9) happens before the class move, never after attendance has already slid ☐ Nothing in this plan is an offer, a discount, or a retention script. Every contact is about the student's training, role, and schedule

The parts run in working order: the cohort map and warning signs first, the per-student worksheet second, the conversations and role system third, the term checklists and trackers last.
