First 90 Days Checklist and Contact System

A working routine for a student's first thirteen weeks: what to watch, what to do, and what to say, week by week. Print it, keep it where attendance is taken, and run it on paper or in any software you already own.

How to Use This System

☐ One named person owns the first-90-days routine. Name: ______________________________

☐ Every new student gets a start date recorded the day they enroll. Every week and flag in this system counts from that date.

☐ Nothing in this system is a sales tool. There are no offers, no discounts, no upgrade conversations. Every contact is about the student's training.

The system has four parts, in the order you will use them:

1. The week-by-week checklists (the core of this guide)
2. The attendance flag rules (the triggers that pull a student out of the routine and into a conversation)
3. The contact scripts (what to actually say, written to be used as they stand)
4. The tracking sheet and the weekly review (the record that makes the first three parts possible)
