READ THIS FIRST: WHAT THIS PLANNER IS FOR ☐ The blues are a status problem, not a skill problem. This planner does not fix them with more technique. It fixes your scoreboard, your rounds, and your goals, in that order. ☐ Twelve weeks is the unit. Do not judge the reset at week three. The dip is deepest exactly where it is most temporary. ☐ Nothing in this book grades you against another student. Every measure here compares you to your own earlier numbers. ☐ If the urge to quit is really an injury, a schedule problem, or a money problem wearing a belt's face, write that in Part 1 and solve the actual problem first.
Part 1: The Reset Contract
Write it before you train another round as a blue belt. One page, honest answers, no audience.
